Welcome to Holsm.

Holsm is a lifestyle and movement created for midlife women who want to feel strong, energised and visible again — without the overwhelm, guilt or pressure. Women come to us from all over the UK (and beyond), from their mid-30s to mid-70s, all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. And here, everyone belongs.

Meet the Team

Holly.

I’m Holly — founder of Holsm, strength & mindset coach, mum, ex-dementia care manager, and champion of midlife women who are ready for more.

I built Holsm because too many women felt invisible, overwhelmed, confused by fitness noise, and unsure where to begin.

​

Over my years of coaching, I’ve learned that staying consistent has nothing to do with discipline — and everything to do with community and accountability. When women feel supported, seen, and backed by others who truly get it, they show up in ways they never imagined possible.

​

I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when someone becomes physically stronger — and then mentally stronger as a direct result. Women have walked into my studio carrying the weight of grief, divorce, burnout, illness — you name it. But when they lift heavy, you can almost see that weight fall from their shoulders. In those moments, the world quiets, their power rises, and something inside them shifts. It’s one of the most extraordinary transformations to watch.​

My method blends years of coaching, care work, and human behaviour with heart, humour, and no-nonsense honesty.

I want you stronger — absolutely. But I also want you:

Jemma.

Meet Jemma - Holsm’s very own Nutritionist. Jemma looks at the whole picture — not just what’s on your plate, but what your body’s been whispering (or yelling!) at you for years. She gently uncovers potential nutritional imbalances and the root causes behind your symptoms, so you finally understand what your body’s been trying to tell you.

​

From there, she creates a plan that feels doable in real life — no overwhelm, no perfection pressure. Just simple, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle shifts that support your hormones, energy, mood, and long-term health goals.

​

In true Holsm style, it’s all about clarity, compassion, and feeling good in your own skin again. Jemma guides you with science, kindness, and zero judgement — so you can build habits that genuinely stick.

Bex.

Bex is our resident mindset powerhouse — the woman who will lovingly (and sometimes boldly!) pull you out of your victim mindset and guide you straight back into your power mindset.

​

She has this incredible gift for helping women ditch the stories that keep them stuck — the “I can’t,” “I’m too busy,” “I always fail,” “I’ll start again Monday” loops — and step into a version of themselves that feels capable, clear and grounded.

​

Her coaching is honest, heart-centred, and refreshingly real. No fluff. No clichés. Just the kind of mindset work that makes you suddenly realise: Oh… this is why I keep getting in my own way.


One of Bex’s superpowers is shifting you into the “What CAN I do?” mentality — the mindset that changes everything. No more focusing on the barriers, the excuses, the overwhelm. She helps you find the small, doable steps that keep you moving forward even on your toughest days.
 

Lily.

Lily is the heart behind Holsm yoga, creating a compassionate, inclusive space where every soul feels truly seen.

 

With over five years of teaching experience, she guides Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes online, in person, and on retreats — sharing practices rooted in presence, alignment, and community.

​

Yoga entered Lily’s life 15 years ago, bringing calm, clarity, and a deeper kindness towards herself, others, and the world. Through her teaching, Lily invites you to soften, listen, and return home to yourself — nurturing your body while honouring your inner world.

Sara.

Sara Dance is Holsm’s breathwork and contrast therapy guide, helping people meet intensity with intention and turn challenge into meaningful growth.

​

Blending science-backed techniques with deep intuitive insight, Sara leads powerful experiences that build resilience, expand personal capacity, and ignite inner strength.

​

Known for creating energetic, connected communities, she brings people together through workshops, retreats, team experiences, and corporate settings — inviting individuals to breathe deeper, move through discomfort, and support one another through both the fire and the cold.

​

Sara equips individuals and teams with practical, high-impact tools to sharpen focus, build confidence, and strengthen performance — not just in sessions, but in everyday life.

Our Ever-Growing Holsm Team

Holsm is no longer a one-woman show — and that’s exactly how it should be.

 

We’re building an ever-growing collective of specialists, each bringing their own expertise to support women through midlife as it truly is: complex, powerful, and deeply human. From mind and body to hormones, nervous system, energy and confidence — we support the whole woman.

Alongside Holly, Jemma and Bex, we collaborate with a carefully chosen network of trusted partners, including yoga instructors, breathwork coaches and other wellbeing professionals. Every person we work with is aligned in values, energy and purpose, sharing our commitment to championing women in this season of life.

​

This is a multi-disciplinary, heart-centred, woman-centred team — designed to support every layer of you, not just the part that lifts dumbbells.  Strength, nourishment, mindset, movement, regulation and connection all matter here.
